FAQs

Will my account number change?

IMCU member account numbers will not change after the conversion. 

Will I be able to use my debit card and checks?

Yes.  Since account numbers are not changing, debit cards and checks will continue to work as normal.

What changes will I see?

Members will see a change in Online Banking (both personal & business accounts), increased mobile functionality (including new features such as person to person transfers and mobile deposit), enhanced Bill Pay and Q-Phone features, and the ability to open additional accounts and apply for loans online.

Online Banking

NetTeller will replace Virtual Branch March 4th. Log in procedures will change. If you are currently enrolled in Virtual Branch, follow these steps to log in to NetTeller, starting March 4th:
1. Username/NetTeller ID = IM + account number (ex: IM1234567890)
2. Password = IM + last 4 digits of Social Security number (ex: IM1234)
3. Agree to NetTeller and iPay Services Terms and Conditions.
4. You will be prompted to change your password.
5. You will be prompted to select your security image.
6. You will be prompted to establish answers to challenge questions.
7. You will be prompted to setup your password reset question and answer.


Note: After you've initially logged in, you may change your Username/NetTeller ID by navigating to the "Settings" tab and then to "Modify Login Information".


If not currently enrolled in Virtual Branch, follow these steps to enroll in NetTeller, starting March 4th:

1. Visit imcu.org
2. Click on "NetTeller Enrollment"
3. Enter your name, account number and email address
4. You will receive an email with further instructions

Bill Pay
Bill Pay will be available through NetTeller on March 4th.
Please note:

  • 6 months of payment history will convert to the new Bill Pay system
  • Payees and scheduled payments will convert to the new system
  • Please review your check payee addresses to ensure the most current addresses converted

Q-Phone
Starting March 4th, Q-Phone users should initially log in to the new
Q-Phone system using their account number and the last 4 digits of their Social Security number as their password.

How can I prepare for the conversion changes?

Please Note: You will be required to follow the process defined above, to enroll in NetTeller (our new online banking solution). Continue to visit this site for information as the conversion gets closer.

How do I get more information about the conversion?

Continue to check the imcu.org site for updates regarding the conversion, new features, Online Banking and Mobile Banking logins, Q-Phone changes, etc.

When will the demo sites for online banking be available?

The demos for NetTeller (our new online banking system) are available below for members who would like to view the system and functionality.

When will I see changes?

The conversion takes place on March 1, 2014.  At that time, members enrolled in Online Banking and Mobile Banking will need to re-authenticate their login/passwords.

IMCU Branches will be closed March 1st through March 3rd. Members Will Be Able to use debit cards, checks and ATMs during that period.

Online Banking & Mobile Banking will be unavailable from 4pm Friday, February 28th, through Monday, March 3rd. See additional information below regarding the new online banking solution, NetTeller, available March 4th. 

Bill Pay will be unavailable from 2pm Friday, February 28th, through
Monday, March 3rd. See additional information below regarding the new Bill Pay system available March 4th.  

Q-Phone access will be unavailable from 6pm Friday, February 28th, through Monday, March 3rd. See additional information below regarding the new Q-Phone system available March 4th.
