Indiana Members Credit Union Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee
Indiana Members Credit Union, headquartered in Indianapolis,Indiana, was founded in 1956 as the Indiana University Medical Center Federal Credit Union on the campus of what has become Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI), and has since grown to 25 branches in Central Indiana, offering members a better financial alternative and a full array of products and services. Traditionally offering better rates on loans and deposits, IMCU maintains true to its roots by “Keeping It Simple” for members.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Nominating Committee has certified to the Board Secretary three individuals to be slated as candidates for the December 10, 2014 election. The three candidates nominated to serve a three-year term are:
Robert Martin, Retired vice chancellor for administration and finance, Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis. Martin has 40 years of service with IMCU.
Jacqueline Blackwell, Retired associate professor of early childhood and elementary education and coordinator of pre-teacher program in the School of Education, Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis. Blackwell has 2 years of service with IMCU.
Mike Ney, Retired director of administration and informatics, Department of Surgery, Indiana University. Ney has 35 years of service with IMCU.
Indiana Members Credit Union is a member owned financial institution with each member having an equal vote in the organization. A volunteer board consisting of nine members is elected, from and by, the membership. The current Board of Directors members are:
